Hub and Spoke Goal � Average of 4 billable days per week. Routed Goal � Average of 3.5 billable days per week. Book units out 30-60 days or more. Successfully book number of unit days based on individual and team goals provided on a period basis. Notify supervisors of any issues/complaints with OHS. Coordinate, schedule and follow-up on the delivery of services with clients and appropriate internal personnel. Assure productivity and efficiency goals are met through careful planning of service delivery routes and schedules. On call (includes evenings and weekends) to field calls and make decisions regarding cancellations, OHS sickness, and mobile unit breakdowns. Work out travel, substitute OHS or new unit as needed. Communicate schedule updates to OHS, IT, maintenance facility. Customer serviceServe as primary client focal point for needs and problem resolution. Field customer calls. Communicate info/requests to other departments as needed. Create test schedules. Contact client several times to schedule jobs and work with client to identify times, services, and number of techs required. Direct all aspects of customer service to assure that client expectations are met, including conducting post-service calls and responding to client surveys (compliments and complaints). Account ManagementUpdate Navision with client information, keep scheduling notes. Complete/Update work orders as scheduled. Review test materials and sign confirmation letters. Indicate and submit lost business forms for LOST accounts to Sales. Work with Sales Associates on identifying services and preliminary schedules Identify new service opportunities through client contact and on-going needs assessment. Communicate these to appropriate personnel and/or upgrade services automatically as appropriate. BillingUpdate work orders when serviced and completed. Contact OHS to get final number of participants as needed. Review Shift Task List and update work orders to submit for billing on a weekly basis. Review past due list when issued. OHS UtilizationHub and Spoke OHS Goal � 80% + Billable. Routed OHS Goal � 70% + Billable. Review Expense Reports. Review expense reports submitted by OHS. Note any discrepancies and provide with reviewed expense reports to Supervisor. Approve OHS Timesheets. Review Time cards for OHSs. Travel arrangements for OHSsWork with travel coordinator to arrange travel. Calculate and enter mileage. Insure DOT hourly compliance for OHSs. Identify where truck will be located (airport, etc.) at end of week. Work with OHS on upcoming schedule changes that impact previous conversations.
