This person will need to work closely with leadership to help the organization with the best approaches to understand if programs are working or not and they may conduct this work internally or externally with vendors. This person will gather aims and descriptions from our health service operations to develop their program evaluation plans or operational metric plans. This person may develop short RFPs that go out to vendors to assist with data collection and analysis. They will write analytic plans, conduct some of the analysis themselves or direct others to do so, compile results and present those results to internal and external audiences, when appropriate. Details: PRIMARY FUNCTION: Provide sales support to business development managers and North America travel agents to create incremental demand and increase annual net ticket revenue.
