As a Custodial Manager at Reliant Park you will be responsible for:

Reporting to the ARAMARK General Manager, the Facilities Manager/Custodial Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for the supervision in the completion of all custodial and housekeeping operations.
You will have the responsibility of staffing, scheduling, training and developing an hourly staff.
Handle all customer and client requests as they pertain to the department.
Develop and grow of the exempt and non-exempt staff.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
A minimum of 3 years relevant management experience in a housekeeping or custodial role.
Hospitality management environment is required.
The ability to manage in a diverse environment with focus on client and customer service is essential to success in this role.
Strong organization, time management and team motivation skills are also important.
The ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) with clients, senior management and ARAMARK support staff, plus the ability to respond effectively to changing demands is necessary.
Candidate must be willing to be hands on with staff and be willing to work event-based hours that include evenings and weekends.

Lab Info Test Analyst

Details:

Assist in the implementation of new Laboratory Information Management System, concentrating on instrument interface configuration, set-up, testing, and troubleshooting for all locations.

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities: Monitor system background processes on multiple LIMS platforms; Maintain test batch templates; Participate in testing to validate newly established or updated instrument interface or assay addition; Participate in testing and implementation of instrument interfaces; Assist with all aspects of laboratory instrument set-up, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Education/Experience: Associates Degree (Bachelors preferred); 2 to 5 years of laboratory-related IT experience, preferably with LIS/LIMS software and laboratory equipment or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience with IT in a laboratory environment

Skills and Competencies: Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service skills and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Knowledge of laboratory equipment, instrumentation and terminology used in the area of responsibility preferred. Basic laboratory experience preferred, but not required.

*Experience with STARLiMS a strong plus
