Quality Control Supplier Specialist

Details: KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide management support of the Supplier QC Process activities as follows:

1. Develop, implement and manage Supplier quality control program for LP (local) suppliers
2. Investigation of  Suppliers Quality issue systemically (process check, confirmation, verification of Improvement) 
3. Plan and initiate Supplier development initiatives for Supplier Quality improvement
4. Audit with Supplier Quality in Supplier Production Quality Process 
5. Knowledge of drawing / inspection elements when an EO (Change Order) and parts change occurs
6. Knowledge of parts (Korea, Local,  Asia) & Production system
7. Manage / address Nonconforming parts & Module 
8. Approve re-work or deviation for parts, check fixture maintenance / Modules
9. Implement corrective actions with Supplier and in process daily base if necessary
10. Approval of Supplier ISIR documentation for parts / 4M change/Fit and function test in process if it is necessary
11. Incoming part  / In line process audit / Inspection
12. Oversee part traceability
13. Part and process inspection 
14. Maintain inspection manual / Update Parts Inspection standard
15. Check fixture approval and calibration
16. Maintain and update Supplier quality changes
17. Create inspection agreement / standard contracts with Supplier and Customer
18. Approve and analyze all lab test results/  Plan and analyze Parts durability tests
19. Plan and analyze Parts durability tests
20. Participate as a part of the Quality Team; Teamwork is essential
21. Use  QIAS & SAP system to related with all Total Quality system
22. Report  Quality management data   


Engineering Coordinator

Validation Manager

Details: Description:
In partnership with the site leaders sponsors a quality and compliance focused site culture which embraces RFT (right first time) and CI (continuous improvement) expectations. Assists in validation of equipment; assists in the development of cycles for new processes or equipment; performs testing and documents results for review by site, corporate and governmental review; pursues increased familiarity with equipment in order to authoritatively explain their function and design.
  • Establishes and Maintains Effective cross functional relationships.
  • Assists with development of validation protocols, performs testing and writes validation reports for various equipment manufacturing processes, and products. Primarily responsible for protocol execution of various types of basic processing equipment and process under the direction of the Validation Manager.
  • Analyze data, generate memos and reports concerning above projects.
  • Helps to determine process capability of new equipment though execution of approved protocols and assures defined parameters are incorporated into respective operating procedures and batch card records.
  • Performs special projects as assigned by department manager.
  • Adheres to all company and cGMP procedures, along with safety regulations within the plant.
  • Provides validation input at new product/process team meetings.
  • Assists with validation activities performed by outside validation companies; assures that department and company policies are adhered to.
  • Responsible for effectively adopting modern validation techniques, current industry practice, risk management principles, science-based approaches, and a strong process understanding.

 


Junior Electronic Packaging Engineer

Do you have experience in explaining benefits or as an enroller?  English speaking and/or Bilingual benefit educators are needed to conduct employee meetings and benefit fairs for Charlotte, NC and the surrounding areas.  Enrollers for these projects need a human resources, benefits, finance and/or insurance background in order to explain benefit plans to groups of employees.  The Benefit educator position is a part-time job with short-term temporary assignments which provide supplemental income.  The assignments are on an as needed basis.  This position does not provide a steady stream of income.  All positions are 1099.

Automation Controls Engineer / PLC Programmer

Details:

Fontaine Engineering is seeking an experienced individual with proven capabilities in PLC and HMI design used for programming and implementation of industrial control systems for process applications. This position is responsible for the electrical and automation equipment and will report directly to the Engineering Manager.

 

Responsibilities

Design PLC-based control systems typically used on process lines for the steel industry, including both standardized programs and custom applications including the following:

  • Work with team members on overall control system design, functional descriptions and HMI design to meet customer requirements while incorporating standard control strategies and integration methods.
  • Work with team members to develop hardware requirements and control panel schematics including VFD’s, PLC’s, communication networks and device connections.
  • Develop detailed programming plans and project schedules.
  • Provide start-up and commissioning assistance for new customers along with training and ongoing customer support for existing customers.
  • Program PLC systems including Siemens, Allen-Bradley and GE.
  • Program HMI systems including Win CC, Wonderware, Cimplicity and VisAM/SCADA.

 

Required Capabilities

  • Minimum of three years of experience in industrial control projects.
  • Experience with Siemens, Allen-Bradley and GE PLC programming with an emphasis on Siemens.
  • Able to produce and understand process schematics, flow charts and wiring diagrams.
  • Proficient with Microsoft products such as Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Understanding of networks, PC operating systems, and internet communications.
  • Able to manage time, set priorities and complete projects within the project schedule.
