Senior RF Test & Product Engineer
Details: Microsemi currently seeks a Sr. RF Test & Product Engineer to oversee and be accountable for the test and product development of new products. This individual will be involved in the development of RF wafer probe and final test programs for evaluation, qualification, characterization and production testing through the supervision of test development sub-contractors.
