The process includes (but is not limited to) communicating with customers and internal personnel, ordering and tracking material, and documenting details.2) Assign trainer consultant time and monitor weekly calendars.3) Track revenue and expenses, and provide information for payment processing and invoicing as needed.4) Monitor customer support plans-budgeted vs. delivered-and resolve issues as needed.5) Participate in and provide statistical information for weekly planning phone calls with Regional personnel.6) Report key metrics to leadership.Additional Job Functions:1) Track trainer certification.2) Support systems for services organization.3) Provide support for all Implementation group activities as needed.
