We are looking for an administrative back-office specialist with financial services experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be competent in Word and Excel and have the database management skills to export data between systems and documents. Excellent written and verbal communication skills will also be required.

 

Duties will include:

 

Database Management

          Gather statements from outside sources and update positions

          Update securities/prices/accounts/transactions

          Manually adjust transactions to reflect outside asset income/buys/sells

          Reconcile Schwab, DST and BAA information to IAS

          Process Quarterly Reports

          Management multiple spreadsheets

 

Client Services

          Manage the preparation and processing of paperwork for new accounts and investments

          Follow up on all account and investment paperwork

          Set up new client information into CWM system (contacts, file, network, etc)

          Oversee client requests that are of administrative nature i.e. account

maintenance, journals, wires, etc.

          Gather tax documents and send to client and CPA

          Liaison between our firm and Charles Schwab/Sterling Trust

          Interface with clients as needed

Diesel mechanic / Welding, Medium duty commercial

Details: Heavy / Medium duty DIESEL truck and trailer shop looking for mechanic with proven experience in all phases of truck and trailer repair. Must be self-motivated team player who is proficient in computer diagnostics, a/c repair, brakes, clutches, overheads, engine overhauls. Welding / Fabrication skills are a plus.

Diesel Service Advisor - Writer - Manager

Details: The Service Advisor/ Service Writer / Service Manager is responsible for building strong customer relationships, keeping customers updated on services, fielding service calls, greeting and consulting customers, documenting customer issues and technician’s time.  The goal is to provide enough information for the technicians to properly diagnose and repair the customer’s vehicle while keeping the customer informed on completion times, service expenses and possible changes.  A high level of organization is required to prioritize vehicles in and out of the shop in a timely manner while keeping the customer’s deadlines met.  This position is the front line of the service department and direct liaison between the technicians and the customer.  You must have the ability to take ownership of the customer’s complete experience and do what it takes to meet their needs.Sales experience and factory training on diesel vehicles is a plus.Mechanical knowledge of commercial diesel trucks and applications will be required to answer questions and explain repairs.  Japanese diesel knowledge is a plus. Assistance in the sale of parts, accessories and misc. equipment will be part of the job.
