Help Desk/User Support Representative 1

Details: We are currently seeking a User Support Representative to support our IT department located in Wayne, PA.Main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:1. Provide first level support to IT users operating through the IT computing systems and network, logging calls in the GENEX Services, Inc. Call Tracking System, monitoring the call flow process by setting priority levels for each call ticket, and insuring that all calls are thoroughly diagnosed, escalated, followed-up, and resolved.2.
