JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Critical skills include the ability to respond effectively to incoming calls and/or emails, excellent attendance is a priority, demonstrated ability to learn and follow prescribed processes, procedures and scripts.  Will also enter and report all calls and contacts and in a timely and efficient manner.  Successful experience in a call center environment or similar customer service experience is needed.  Must have experience being on the phones full-time. Will also perform document review, input and maintenance as assigned.  Strong phone presence and a commitment to high-level customer service and HIPAA is needed.
