Investigate and prepare Corrective Actions on identified quality problems Establish data collection systems for process, product and customer feedback. Responsible for sample submissions for new product or engineering changes. Maintain control plans, PFMEA’s, inspection and gage instructions and other assigned quality plan documentation Maintain Advanced Quality Planning (APQP) documentation for assigned programs

Electrical Engineer (Mid-Level)

Details: Electrical Engineer (Mid-Level) ~ N. Houston Degreed Electrical Engineer with 10+ years of experience in the O&G industry, specifically in midstream or upstream pipeline and facilities projects. Must have Texas PE or is able and willing to get PE license in a reasonable amount of time. Candidate will have experience working with electrical design and engineers in the design of upstream/midstream oil & gas facilities and will be experienced in medium voltage and low voltage power distribution, including power system design, equipment/protective device sizing, power system studies (short circuit analysis, relay coordination, arc flash analysis) using SKM, ETAP while assuring compliance with the applicable NEC/IEC standards. Responsibilities include completing the projects on schedule, within project budget and with the specified electrical deliverables (electrical equipment supplier bid evaluation(bid tabs), load list, cable schedule, electrical equipment list, cable and conduit schedules, emergency generator sizing, electrical one-line diagrams (LV, MV), hazardous area classification drawings, BOM’s (Bill of Materials), ground grid and cathodic protection design

Quality Engineer

Details: Job Classification: Contract This quality engineer will be a part of a new product launch for blasted fuel tanks that is manufacturing specifically for Mercedes, Honda and Nissan. The go live date for the line is July 2013 and this engineer will be aiding one other QE on this launch.The main functions of this engineer will be to complete all PPAP packages for submittal to Nissan, Mercedes and Honda, PFMEA documentation, taking corrective actions and conducting root cause to identify quality issues with the fuel tanks. Network Administrator

Database Analyst

Details: Classification:  Database Analyst Compensation:  $81,000.99 to $99,000.99 per year Database Analyst- Required Skills: Worked on various back end databases like SQL Server Have hands on experience integrating applications SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), Reporting Services (SSRS) and Integration Services (SSIS). Design Engineer - Automotive / Industrial Engineering

Details: DENSO is a global automotive supplier of advanced automotive technology, systems and components, heading toward an automotive society where cars put less drag on the environment and drivers have fewer worries about traffic accidents. Currently we have a need for a Design Engineer II in our Southfield, MI location.General Summary:Under general supervision, reviews and understands customer requirements, specifications, and manufacturing constraints, in order to create comprehensive engineering product design details, specifications, drawings and related engineering changes. Interfaces and negotiates directly with DENSO headquarters, plants, customers and suppliers regarding product development and manufacturability.  Completes test requests, schedules tests, analyzes data and performs product tests.  Composes reports and may deliver routine presentations.  May provide guidance and on-the-job training to lower level colleagues.   Essential Responsibilities: Utilizes computer-aided engineering tools to create, change and issue component, system and assembly drawings.  Understands and applies DENSO Design Standards (DDS) on a broad level.  May create product dimensioning and Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T). Reviews customer specifications, assists with the determination of most appropriate specification or solution based on the customer’s requirements. Resolves issues internally or with customer. Details: DENSO is a global automotive supplier of advanced automotive technology, systems and components, heading toward an automotive society where cars put less drag on the environment and drivers have fewer worries about traffic accidents. Currently we have a need for an Application Engineer II based out of our Southfield, MI location but residing primarily in Warren, MI.General Summary:Under general supervision, acts as a liaison between DENSO divisions and the customer on product design, quality and related issues.  Functions as the contact person for customer engineers.  Reviews customer’s requirements and specifications, negotiates program requirements and engineering issues.  Performs Product Test Planning, Testing and Analysis activities.  Prepares and delivers technical reports and presentations. Conducts benchmarking activities.  May provide guidance and on-the-job training to lower level colleagues.   Essential Responsibilities: Acts as a liaison between DENSO divisions and the customer on product design, quality and related issues.  Functions as the contact person for customer engineers.  Reviews customer’s requirements and specifications, negotiates program requirements and engineering issues with customers, DENSO divisions and headquarters, seeking guidance from higher level engineer. Externally, interfaces and develops solid relationships with customer engineers.  Internally, interfaces and develops solid relationships and trust with Marketing and other DENSO departments. Performs Product Test Planning, Testing and Analysis activities.  Under the guidance and review of a higher level engineer, develops test plans; captures, analyzes and summarizes testing data and; and writes technical result reports.  Prepares and delivers technical reports and presentations to customers and DENSO divisions. Monitors and reviews warranty data.  Assists with conducting root cause of warranty problems.  Communicates with DIAM Quality Engineering, DENSO Plant and customer regarding warranty data issues.  Supports DIAM Quality Engineering in response to serious quality spill.  Conducts benchmarking activities. Researches, and compiles information on competitor products.  Participates in acquiring customer trends/needs and patent-related data.
