Plus, development of more targeted DR assets tied to segments, seasonal windows, promo roll off, new product introductions etc. - Collaborate with acquisition/migration strategy teams and direct marketing agency on structure for promotional offers, campaign budgets, tactics and direct channels and messaging for each channel- Develop streamlined processes for each to ensure timely delivery working with the Creative Execution team.- Work with Partnership team and external programming partners to secure approved footage, stills, etc. - Oversee creative development and production of direct response assets associated with initiatives. - Ensure review procedures are followed with Legal team, and other internal partners, for all creative assets.- Partner with Manager, DM Forecasting on budget process for DM team, including development of monthly accrual/outlook reports, and ensuring payment of invoices, while adhering to established accounting guidelines.- Support annual Budget process through development and revisions working with media, agency and Direct Marketing leadership to plan, estimate and aggregate resource needs.Job Requirements:- Minimum of 15 years experience in direct response campaign strategy, development, planning and execution. Previous experience in a Shared Services organizational structure a plus.
