Details: The Business Operations Specialist is responsible for performing the operational review of qualified plans being submitted for certification on Maryland Health Connection (the Exchange). This person will make an initial assessment of a plan’s certification status, including verifying that all requirements identified in the Affordable Care Act have been met.
