As an Entry Level Marketing Executive, you will be primarily responsible for the following:
- Developing and implementing marketing strategy to effectively reach customers, communicate the value proposition of the product and influence purchase of product.
- Planning and executing brand marketing programs to raise brand awareness and value.
- Overseeing the development and implementation of direct marketing programs to raise the levels of customer acquisition, and retention.
- Meeting or exceeding marketing performance measures.

RESEARCH INTERN - REAL ESTATE
This position is responsible for conducting market analysis, research and reporting and works with other members of the business development team and management staff to provide daily database management and integrity.
Duties and responsibiltiies include, but are not limited to the following:
- Assist in the creation of targeted client lists.
- Assist in the research of new business leads.
- Source potential landlords, tenants, and owners for our varying commercial real estate service lines.
- Locate pertinent articles and regional data for our varying markets.
- Complete regional market research, compile rent & sale comparables, create maps & exhibits, call properties to acquire necessary information for property proposals, write and edit copy.
- Gather, organize, and input information into our internal tracking database.

- JOB FUNCTION
At the direction of the Branch Manager or District Manager, manage of a portfolio of accounts and staff, provide profit and loss oversight, and ensure accountability for quality customer service delivery. Implement business programs in accordance with Branch Manager’s or District Manager’s direction and within scope of all company policies and procedures.
- MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage difficult or emotional customer service situations; respond promptly to customer needs, solicit feedback to improve service, meet commitments.
- Balance team and individual responsibilities; contribute to building a positive team environment.
- Communicate with customers regarding new and existing accounts and provide feedback and solutions to the Branch Manager or District Manager regarding status and potential improvement. Document meeting summaries in Responsive Management.
- Achieve targeted business objectives for operations including, but not limited to, risk management, revenue, client satisfaction, net contribution, government compliance, and internal quality assurance and performance management.
- Accountable for knowledge of finance and expenditure of managed accounts.
- Ensure company principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, retention, selection and employee relations are adhered to regarding managed accounts.
- Implement company policies and procedures into existing and new customer accounts.
- Ensure security officers receive proper training commensurate with job responsibilities and that such training is properly documented.
- Ensure quality improvement processes are integrated into managed accounts.
- Be accountable for all personnel status change forms as they relate to managed accounts.
- Implement a consistent follow-up process to ensure all state licensing requirements are met.
- Devise and implement installation schedules for all accounts and ensure that the schedules are supported through the use of an available personnel roster.
- Motivate and teach security officers and supervisors to properly and legibly prepare and submit appropriate reports to include sign-in sheets, job security reports, and incident reports.
- Work closely with the sales representative, ensure the proper post orders are prepared prior to the initiation of service for all new accounts and presented to the customer for review and approval.
- Maintain active site visitation program by making frequent personal visits to all accounts to discuss any problems or recommendations for the improvement of service provided.
