The position will consist of contacting existing clients to talk to them about their current hiring challenges, offering them a free trial of our assessment tools, training them on the use of the tests, and then closing the sale at the end of the trial period. This is a solution type sale that requires you to spend time learning about the unique needs of each client and then offering them a test designed to their specific issues.
