Pharmacy Clerk - Warehouse

Details:

The SinuScience Network, with multiple locations in South Ventura County, is actively interviewing for a Pharmacy Clerk - Warehouse.  This position will be located at the Camarillo location. 

Job Summary:

To assist Pharmacist and Pharmacy Technicians working under the supervision of a registered Pharmacist.   Does not perform duties that can only be performed by a registered Pharmacist or licensed Technician.  

Essential Functions:  (Include but are not limited to)

  1. Assist in the shipping of all patient prescriptyions and tracking of each UPS/FedEx next day package.
  2. Maintains the cleanliness and inventory of the compounding area, modular clean room, pharmacy and the warehouse/shipping area.
  • Sink area; including beakers
  • Analytic balance
  • Modular clean room
  • Entire warehouse
  • Maintain supply of ice blocks in freezer
  • Inventory of shipping boxes including: Frozen styrofoam boxes and all cardboard box sizes and all nebulizers
  • Assemble and maintain inventory of nebulizers
  • Maintain effectiveness of shipping wand system.  Notify manager if device is not frunctioning correctly
  • Maintain sticky mats

      3. Maintains inventory of pharmacy supplies and orders when necessary.  Assures all items are stored in 

           proper location once received. reports all outdated product to pharmacist.

      4. Maintains pharmacy cleaning logs.

      5. Assures warehouse and surrounding building are clean and kept in order

      6. Maintains the modular clean room, including cleaining of work benches, walls and floors. 

      7. Follows all state and federal regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.

      8.  Assists in the implementation, the ongoing management and compliance of OSHA standards and Joint

              Commission requirements.

      9. Supporst and follows the ethics statement and philosophy of ASL Pharmacy.

    10. Maintains the cleanliness of the general office space when required, includingt wash rooms, break room   

            and empties waste baskets.


Seasonal Guest Services Coordinator (Day shift)

Details:

General Purpose

General PurposeUnder general supervision of the RV Resort Manager responsible for handling the routine office work and administrative responsibilities of the Resort.  The hours for this position will be 8:00am - 4:30pm, and does include weekends.
 
Essential Duties

  1. Answer the telephone courteously; handle routine questions and inquiries, referring complex matters to RV Resort Manager.
  2. Under the direction of the RV Resort Manager, maintain petty cash fund, recording expenditures in proper accounts.
  3. Prepare and distribute rule reminders and violation notices as directed by the RV Resort Manager.
  4. Type and photocopy letters, memos, documents, as may be required.
  5. Maintain operating and office supplies; prepare supply orders for approval.
  6. Maintain RV resort records and files in accordance with the Operations Manual.
  7. Oversee front desk operations, directing staff in RV registration process and resolving registration related issues. Assist in processing RV registration requests, if necessary.
  8. Schedule clubhouse rentals.
  9. Prepare increase letters and lease renewals (if applicable) as directed by RV Resort Manager.
  10. Prepare delinquent notices.
  11. Prepare end of month, Site Nite reports, and CAR Reports as directed by the RV Resort Manager.
  12. Assist with implementation of resident relation activities at the Resort.
  13. Field resident or RV resort complaints, suggestions and comments and forward to appropriate management.
  14. Establish rapport with each prospective resident; provide appropriate information regarding the Resort as requested.
  15. Maintain and assist with the preparation of resident and customer information including brochures, flyers, etc., pertaining to homes for sale (new, used, and brokered homes), Resort events, and other materials as directed by the RV Resort Manager or, if applicable, Community Sales Representative.
  16. Assist prospect in review of sales information-listings, new and used in the absence of the RV Resort Manager or, if applicable, Community Sales Representative.
  17. Show homes to prospects at the discretion of the RV Resort Manager or, if applicable, the Community Sales Representative.
  18. Periodically open/close and check the status of Sun Homes inventory at the discretion of the RV Resort Manager or, if applicable, Community Sales Representative.
  19. Collect and post resident security deposits, processing fees, rents, inspection or other fees; record in the proper accounts and issue receipts.
  20. Process move-ins and move-outs in accordance with the Operations Manual.
  21. Prepare bank deposit slips and deposit funds as required; make daily bank runs as needed.
  22. Print lease agreements and addendum’s to lease agreements, when necessary; assist prospects with rental applications.
  23. Prepare and research bills and statements for RV Resort Manager approval.
  24. If applicable, complete new move-in incentive requests for non-Sun Homes Homes deals, clubhouse rental fees, resale inspection fees, application fees, etc.
  25. Make collection calls for site rental payments under the direction of the RV Resort Manager, as appropriate.
  26. Process all accounting reports for the community in accordance with the monthly calendar.
  27. Submit bad debt files to collections.
  28. Other duties as assigned.

  • Prepares month end reconciliations of assets, liabilities, revenue and expenditures to assist in the preparation of the financial statement.  Reviews and verifies general ledger balances.  Prepares journal entries for general ledger
  • Prepares monthly tax returns for sales to all states, with proper support and accountability
  • Assures inventories are properly accounted and reconciled with inventory records on a monthly basis
  • Experience in auditing for compliance with regulations and related reporting systems.
  • Experience in state and federal Certified Payrolls and all required reporting
  • Experience with DOT, preparing state and federal fuel taxes, IFTA and Weight Distance Taxes and maintain all records for tax and compliance reports
  • Responsible for maintaining all records for state and local licenses, annual renewals and proper reporting to assure compliance with rules and regulations
  • Prepares periodic reports for management use and analysis.  Assists CFO on special projects.  Must be willing to assist with other entities and positions, as needed
