Prepare daily work schedules in assigned manufacturing area and assign personnel to jobs. Provide immediate supervision or assign tasks to a unit or group of employees. May provide general or direct supervision to skilled non-exempt employees. A portion of the time may be spent performing individual tasks. Take necessary actions to ensure that all processing operations are performed in accordance with cGMPs and company safety standards. Oversee training of employees; inform and train operators on new or revised manufacturing methods and equipment. Maintain a level of compliance of overall training program.
