Director of Finance

Details: We are looking for an innovative and talented individual to lead the Finance and Accounting team as the Director of Finance. Our ideal candidate would someone in the third party logistics industry that can assume the role of Director of Finance for our company.  This candidate must have corporate business finance experience within private industry, mergers and acquisition experience on the buy side, and the ability to perform all the necessary financial analysis, reporting, ratios, and financial strategy planning the role requires.  The position also requires an element of relationship building and being able to interact and maintain good relationships with our banking partners, customers, and management team.  They will partner with sales and operations to understand and develop cost structure to ensure efficient operations and optimal pricing. Education/Experience Minimum Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Solid Knowledge in Corporate Finance, Banking, and Accounting Must have experience leading a finance or accounting team with an emphasis on warehousing/logistics/distribution manufacturing Experience establishing strategic finance plan to acquire new business and servicing existing business (5 yr.
