Details: RESPONSIBILITIES: Review unreleased non-purchase order (NPO) invoices, determine and code the proper general ledger and tax information. Verify mathematical accuracy of invoice and route to the appropriate associate for authorization. Process purchase order (PO) related invoices and match prior to payment. Analyze report data to determine causes for any unmatched invoices and communicate with Purchasing Coordinators to resolve issues. Review unreleased associate expense reports and purchasing card statements. Determine and code the proper general ledger account and accounting unit information, verify supporting receipts and documentation, and route for authorization. Review requests for distributions and coding changes and make necessary adjustments prior to releasing transactions for payment using Excel Add-In upload functionality. Set up recurring payments. Verify payment information prior to releasing transactions for payment. Collect supporting documentation for any manual checks written outside of the AP department. Code and enter into the Lawson software. Submit documentation for imaging. Maintain vendor relationships by responding quickly and accurately to both internal and external inquiries and requests for information.
