Accounts Payable Coordinator
Details: RESPONSIBILITIES: Review unreleased non-purchase order (NPO) invoices, determine and code the proper general ledger and tax information. Verify mathematical accuracy of invoice and route to the appropriate associate for authorization. Process purchase order (PO) related invoices and match prior to payment. Analyze report data to determine causes for any unmatched invoices and communicate with Purchasing Coordinators to resolve issues. Review unreleased associate expense reports and purchasing card statements. Code and enter into the Lawson software. Submit documentation for imaging. Maintain vendor relationships by responding quickly and accurately to both internal and external inquiries and requests for information.
