Details: We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Hospice & Palliative Liaison to develop and maintain strong working relationships with nursing homes, physicians and other referral sources for this location. As a Hospice & Palliative Liaison with Passages Hospice, you will respond to customer requests and concerns and negotiate service contracts with nursing homes and other managed care organizations.
