BASIC FUNCTION:

Under supervision, this position is responsible for performing secretarial/administrative duties of a complex/confidential nature for a Vice President including composing and typing correspondence, report development, meeting coordination, maintenance of confidential documents, and screening phone calls/visitors; thorough knowledge of divisional policies, practices and procedures to ensure office functions efficiently; independent judgment/initiative; and may entail limited decision making authority.
