The month end close involves gross profit reconciliation and analysis, various prepayments and accruals plus reconciliations to the management reporting system.  The job is very hands on and requires a person who is happy to do much of the work and also be experienced enough to identify issues and find solutions.   The accountant will be report directly to the President of the company who is also based in Indianapolis. The accountant will work closely with the other admin staff also located in Indianapolis and the CFO who is based in Connecticut.
