Operations Processor within Mortgage!

Details: Classification:  General Office Clerk Compensation:  DOE Widely acclaimed financial institution is looking for a skillful individual to support their document review team! Individuals in this role will be reviewing imaged documents that have been scanned by various departments by utilizing multiple systems to make sure it's coded in the correct document type, look for errors and make sure it meets standards. If the document is coded incorrectly further communication with the imaging team will take place to make corrections. Due to this position being located in their growing Mortgage Depart the individual must be flexible to new processes and be able to make attendance a priority! Having strong communication skills as well as a self-starter work ethic under little supervision are highly desirable. Requirements for an Operations Processor are:•Basic knowledge of Excel ( ability to format, sort, and filter cells, etc.)•Strong 10 key Data Entry (7,500+ kph )•Flexibility to various tasks •Strong written and verbal communication through team and outside correspondence •Attention to detail and patience with repetitive tasks •Ability to work independently under minimal supervision •High sense of urgency for time sensitive matters•Great attendance and punctuality on a daily basis Experience or background knowledge in the Mortgage is a plus. Records progress notes in the clinical record including subjective findings, objective symptoms, observations of behavior, interventions provided to patient and patient’s response to activity interventions. Reviews staff’s chart entries for completeness and accuracy. Coordinates facility volunteer program in compliance with company policy.
