Details: 1) Be accountable for manufacturing operations, engineering, supply chain / planning, facilities, quality, maintenance and best practices2) Ensure the timely manufacture of quality products, meeting applicable regulatory requirements3) Be accountable for delivering leading efforts to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing technology, quality and processes4) Develop and implement manufacturing strategy that ensure the plant meet or exceed customer expectations, prepare for new business opportunities and market demands, lead continuous improvement of processes and operational effectiveness and colleague development5) Provide leadership and be accountable for setting plant goals, objectives and annual target setting for safety, quality, delivery, cost & motivation6) Be accountable for acquiring capacity, understanding production requirements and achieving regular production performance to schedule7) Direct investigation of manufacturing occurrences and determines corrective action8) Keep leadership team abreast of significant issue or development identified during manufacturing activities / actions and recommend appropriate course of action to address issue9) Ensure that quality products are manufactured to meet customer requirements10) Maintain a working knowledge of governmental and industry quality assurance codes, safety regulations and standards and ensure compliance with policies, and procedures11) Appraise, motivate and direct staff to ensure continued leadership development and professionalism12) Set objective, monitor progress and prepare annual performance appraisal for direct reports13) Review indirect staff's appraisals14) Directly supervise site leadership staff and manufacturing employees15) Carry out managerial responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable country laws16) Manage interviewing, hiring and training of employees17) Plan, assign and direct work and appraise performance18) Provide coaching and counseling to employees19) Lead for plant strategy implementation20) Examine and re-engineer operations and business processes, and develop and implement new strategies21) Gather and analyze information skillfully to effectively manage multiple projects and make accurate and effective decisions22) Represent the organization to external customers and respond promptly to all customer need23) Interface with management and non-management employees in quality, manufacturing, third party vendors and consultants, governmental agencies as required24) Work closely with leadership team and assigned business units25) Demonstrate way to improve processes and promote quality26) Work with integrity and ethically and maintain confidentiality27) Use knowledge of all current GMPs, OSHA, FDA, HACCP, ISO and any other applicable standards of complianceMore questions?
