Job Description:POSITION SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Technical Services Manager, the Temporary Technical Services Analyst will act as a central point of contact for all attorneys and staff regarding questions or problems pertaining to the services and technologies delivered from the Information Services Department. RESPONSIBILITIES: Respond to incidents, requests and inquiries via phone, email and walk up. Provide expert telephone support to our customers; troubleshooting a variety of software, hardware and network issues to point of resolution or escalation. Log customer calls, maintain records and capture final solutions in the on-line help desk system, IQTrack. Provide status reports to customers throughout the life of an incident. Must be available for weekend shifts, on-call rotation and other overtime. Other duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: College degree preferred; relevant work experience may substitute. Minimum of 4 years help desk experience - law firm experience preferred Excellent technical knowledge of and troubleshooting abilities for Windows 7 Operating System, Microsoft Office 2010, Active Directory and Mobile Devices. Experience with Windows 7, OpenText DM5 document management system, Internet Explorer, Adobe Professional and a general understanding of local/wide area networking.
