Job Responsibilities:
- Total P&L responsibility.
- Oversee campus operations to manage student engagement, satisfaction, and overall success in the programs offered.
- Responsible for managing Directors of Admissions, Education, Financial aid, and Placement, as well as all campus personnel.
- Responsible for monthly / annual forecasting of staffing, enrollments and operational costs.
- Provide support to College VP in developing and implementing procedures for various departments.
- Conduct new student orientations.
- Handle campus Employee Relations issues.
- Organize and oversee community outreach events (when possible).
- Work to foster high level of overall student and employee satisfaction.
- Maintain School's Accreditation status (both Federal and State).
- Ensure employee / campus compliance with all policies and procedures of the Institution, Company and State/Federal rules and regulations.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience as a Proprietary School Director or President is a MUST
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong experience managing P&L
- Strong Operations experience
- Ability to prioritize & change direction quickly
- Ability to interact with all levels of management & students
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook
- Demonstrated ability to fulfill Company Key Behaviors
- Ability to work assigned/flexible hours necessary to complete the job on a weekly basis
- Experience with trades programs (Electrical, Plumbing, Automotive) a plus

This is a great opportunity for a pharmacy student intern to assist with the development and execution of numerous initiatives that improve the quality and cost effectiveness of drug therapy for HealthSpring Medicare Advantage members. This internship will expose the student pharmacist to managed care pharmacy and allow an individual the opportunity to complete medication therapy management services, develop education programming for providers and members, as well as complete managed care projects under the direction of the managed care clinical pharmacists and our medical directors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive medication reviews for select members, incorporating medication adherence, cost-effective alternatives, etc.
- Review the organization’s pharmacy quality improvement and Part D STAR-related activities and engage in the programs aimed at improving the quality metrics
- Provide consultation to providers including, but not limited to, questions related to CMS STARs initiatives, pharmacy benefit and formulary, utilization management tools and concurrent drug utilization reviews
- Identify and recommend formulary alternatives and complete drug information requests
- Develop provider and member patient education materials
- Organize and document interventions performed for both the medication therapy management program and post-discharge program

Internal Audit
Perform financial, operational and compliance audits of the Corporation’s activities and assist with special projects and special investigations. Prepare work papers reflecting the results of audit assignments. Communicates results to appropriate management, including the preparation of audit reports that communicate and audit results to management in a clear, concise and substantive manner.
Assists the Asst. Audit Director with the development and execution of a comprehensive and risk-based audit plan. Supervises assigned auditors and ensures that audit results are of high quality. Continuously analyzes internal audit processes and seeks opportunities to improve audit methodologies and effectiveness.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret diverse and complex information, and make sound improvement recommendations based upon that information.
- Completes audits in a timely manner and high quality fashion.
- Maintains strong relationships with audit clients.
